I have over 25 years of floral industry experience. My floral career began by simply working in a local flower shop. I enjoyed it so much that I began to take floral classes and my passion for floral design was set on fire.
Compliments and sales of my floral designs also increased and in 1992, I became a member of the American Institute of Floral Designers (a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the art of floral design as a professional career).
Over the years, I have had many mentors and teachers. After years of working in flower shops, doing event design and running my own floral design studio, I discovered that the best reward came when I shared what I learned.
